- For the cold drink, add little water to a few flowers of hibiscus and let it sit for a few hours. Then skim the flowers and add ice cold water and sugar or sweetener. Enjoy!

Agashe Mix

- Agashe is a traditional Sudanese BBQ dish made with a special mix of powdered peanuts and spices. This exotic mix can be used with beef, chicken, or fish giving you the unique flavour and exquisite taste of the Sudanese and African cuisine.
- Agashe, in addition to its unique flavour, is known for its unique preparation ritual. Cut the meat into thin slices. (They should be less than 0.5 cm thick). Apply the mix to the thin slices covering it thoroughly and completely. Stick a bamboo skewer through the length of the slice. The tradition is to place the burning charcoal in the middle of a donut-shaped heap of sand in which you stick the skewers standing and facing the fire. This ensures slow grilling for the best taste. Alternatively, you can use a normal BBQ grill, or place the slices in 180 degrees oven for 15-20 mins.
